The most important aspect is that it had to be removed from the agricultural circuit before December 31, 2013. By not fulfilling this condition, the developer must be aware that he will not benefit from the support scheme for renewable energy producers.
We must emphasize that the energy produced largely depends on the position of the land in relation to the sun. Also, the degree of shading directly affects the amount of energy produced, so a plot with a high level of shading will produce less energy. Equally important is the proximity to a medium voltage line, where the connection to an electricity distributor will be made. The smaller the distance, the lower the project implementation costs.
In conclusion, in choosing the land we will take into account the following aspects:
- Land use classification
- Solar radiation
- Approaching a medium voltage line
- Shading degree
SOLAR MAP OF ROMANIA
The meteorological parameters are those that measure the global solar radiation whose values are obtained by the sum of the solar radiation received directly, diffused and reflected by the horizontal surface of the unit.
The unit of measurement is MJ/m2 (megajoules per square meter).
Conversion factor for insolation with optimal inclination (kWh/m2) = MJ/m2/3.6
